Additionally, faculty members are required to provide their Academic Performance Index (API) to the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the college. The API is essential for faculty members seeking promotion to higher grades under the Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) of the UGC. This submission is mandatory for all educators applying for promotions through the CAS framework.

Furthermore, the college administration prepares and submits an Annual Confidential Report (ACR) along with the proposal for the promotion of teaching and non-teaching staff. The ACR encompasses the entire assessment period relevant to the promotion process. These systematic procedures ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a transparent and efficient approach to evaluating and promoting staff.
