SWAYAM is a Government of India initiative designed to uphold the core principles of the National Education Policy—access, equity, and quality. At Tezpur College, this programme plays a key role in making high-quality teaching and learning resources available to all students, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds. SWAYAM aims to bridge the digital divide and empower learners who have so far remained distant from the benefits of the digital revolution, helping them actively participate in the knowledge economy.
