Dr. Tonuj Deka is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, Tezpur College. He is interested in exploring the fascinating world of plasmas—from the quantum behaviour of dense matter to emerging plasma-based technologies for sustainable application in day-to-day life. His research encompasses quantum and dense plasmas, plasma waves and instabilities, and ion-acoustic phenomena in dusty plasm and quantum plasma. His research also ventures into the emerging field of Plasma-Activated Water (PAW), focusing on the generation and characterization of PAW and its potential applications.
