The 2023 Nobel Prize in Chemistry was announced on October 4, 2023, for the discovery and development of semiconductor nanoparticles. Based on this, Dr. Debojyoti Nath, Assistant prof., Department of Physics, Tezpur college, Tezpur delivered an oral presentation highlighting the significance of semiconductor nanoparticles and their influence on material science. Three faculty members and fifteen students from the Department of Physics attended the program.
